Hey guys I’m new to the group so hoping somebody can help me out. I have an 04 Porsche Chyanne and it clearly has a blown head gasket right side. water in the oil, steam coming out the exhaust and I can see coolant coming out from behind the exhaust manifold. Is it possible to replace the head gasket without dropping the engine? I’ve done many head gaskets in my lifetime but this one looks like it’s in a very tight spot.
