My 2000 996 has developed a small (about 3" by 1') blotch that is darker than the metalic color of the clear coat and...it looks like water or something got under the clear coat and discolored the area....I tried compound to rub it out and to no avail, that's what makes me think its under the clear coat..... In some lights the blotch looks dark but in sunlight it looks lighter than the rest of the paint....Any help would be greatly appreciated
