I installed Norton Ad Blocker on my iOS and it has stopped the Amazon pop ups. It’s a free app.
If it blocks a page you actually want you can add it as an exception although I haven’t had to do this.

I was plagued the last few days with the same issue on my IPad but I did a few things to clear it up and it seems to be working.

1.) Go to Settings - Safari - Advanced - Website Data - Remove All Website Data

2.)Then I restarted the iPad and reset my iPad - just google resetting iPad for instructions- MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOU IPAD BACKED UP to the icloud before you do this. Once the iPad is reset restart your iPad and set it up from a previous iCloud backup. This step was a pain as it takes awhile to “reload “it and you have to re-enter some pass words.

3. Finally I loaded the App - Norton Ad Blocker and haven’t had any issues since.

Im not sure if step #2 is necessary but I was so frustrated not being able to view RennList and a few other auto related websites i wanted to start with a “ clean iPad “.

if I had to do it over again I’d try step 1 and 3 and if that doesn’t work try all 3 steps.

I paid $1 for Crystal ad blocker. Have had 0 issues since. Just do that if you want it fixed.

I paid $1.99 for AdBlock. Make sure you follow the instructions (enable it within the Safari settings, and within the AdBlock app, slide up to activate). You cannot depend on any company that derives a majority of the revenue from advertising to correct the problem. This includes Google, and Internet Brands. Now, if enough users abandon forums due to this issue, then they will correct it because they will start losing advertising Dollars.
