Happens to me at ford-trucks.com as well, so to be fair it looks like it isn’t a Rennlist-only problem. Still makes browsing on my phone impossible

Still happening. Using Chrome on iOS 11. Extremely annoying, does not inspire me to pay for a membership — quite the opposite.

I keep getting this on my phone. I'm surprised I am able to post this without it popping up

If you're using Chrome, or Android, please read post #2 and follow the steps there to eliminate the pop-ups.

iOS users, we have a software solution, that should be implemented fully this week to resolve this.

Nice. This morning I got one that very sternly warned me that the site I was visiting was trying to install malware. Obviously this isn't good for your business to have your own ads warning people never to come back to your site.

I've been getting this for a bit too when using Chrome on Android. It's taken me to 3 different app things over the period of time it's been happening. These came up earlier today:

FWIW, I typed in the URL from the hyperlink in post #2 and it seems to have gone away.

Internet Brands, which owns Rennlist, also owns ford-trucks.com.

it has periodically happened to me on bbc.com. Maybe the malware came from IB. WHO KNOWS?
2 days now without a pop up since installing Norton Ad Blocker.

Mobile Chrome users go this URL in your browser and change the highlighted option to "Enabled":
Code:
chrome://flags/#enable-framebusting-needs-sameorigin-or-usergesture
The advertising problem is on Google's end and they provide ads for an awful lot of websites. Is anyone else seeing a difference today?

This absolutely resolves the issue. It was happening to me all the time....since enabling the feature that prevents anything from a different origin URL from loading, it hasn't happened since. Thanks so much ! Admins should post a sticky in all the sub-forums with this info, at least temporarily, as others may not know how to find this thread to get to the solution.

I paid $1.99 for AdBlock. Make sure you follow the instructions (enable it within the Safari settings, and within the AdBlock app, slide up to activate). You cannot depend on any company that derives a majority of the revenue from advertising to correct the problem. This includes Google, and Internet Brands. Now, if enough users abandon forums due to this issue, then they will correct it because they will start losing advertising Dollars.
