Dear Luis,
Honest answer, great idea but very little chance of working. I cannot believe that you have never been asked "are you carrying any package for somebody else". I was in Scotland a couple of weeks ago. Four times I had to catch a plane even domestic inside England and I was asked this question.
We are asked this question flying out of Zuerich and to the USA there are extra precautions.
Into Switzerland it is 9% tax plus handling fee for all declared items and trouble for non declared items.
I wish you luck with your idea but I feel it is a very risky business in these times. Remember if you get caught you are the one in trouble.
I would have thought a huge volume negotiated deal with a shipping company might bring better rewards. Even one of the airlines which would like to make some extra cash carrying cargo in their holds.
Ciao,
Adrian

Even if you pay the customs, there are savings to be had.

Switzerland is a tough case, being outside the EU but for the rest of us there is no issue.

A rennlister (who shall remain anon) just did this for me for a package from the US.

The item cost $525, and the shipping would have been $120. Then I would have been charged 8% customs and 25% sales tax on top. Total: $871

Instead I paid $525 + $20 shipping to 'mule' + $45 local shipping. Total: $590

Saving: $281 !
