North FINLAND Anyone?

A close friend is looking at a car at Oscar Imports in Rovaniemi
Finland. Anyone know if this is legitimate etc please as its a very long way from the UK?

Probably. You'd need to go and see for yourself though. I've seen some very high quality stuff come out of Finland.
