My mate has contacted his buddy who's with Berlin Police to investigate. He's known as Richard or RAB here on this forum and others.
Someone may recognize his car here:

If you know him spread the word or kindly get him in touch with Opo whom he scammed or me otherwise the Polizei will be in touch...
