Frankfurt to Barcelona
Hello from Canada fellow rennlisters .
I will be doing a trip and thought it might be neat to drive from Frankfurt, Germany to Barcelona, Spain and wonder about the logistics. I see the travel time would be about 12 hours (give or take) and wonder what type of speeds would be legally travelled. Being I do not know the roads does the Autobahn happen to be along the way. Rental of a nice car, any suggestions to pricing and where to rent from?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No autobahn all the way Travel speeds France 130km/h common is 150 km/h.
Would usually make no sense to do it straight. If I were you, I'll would make it a 2-3 Day trip, with Alps, Cote d'Azur and lot's of sideroads once you left germany.
Renting, get a decent online qoute with Hertz, Europecar or Sixt
