X-post Le Mans

Hi all,

I didn't yet decide if I'll go or not. But I'd like to know:

1- who's going to the 24Hrs race in Le Mans
2- where do you stay during that week end? (17th to 20th of june)
3- will you take your Porsche down there?

I'm interested in the race, but ALSO in the atmosphere and the possibility to may be meet a bunch of Rennlisters
Thanks

Hi JP,

I'll be attending this year, and hopefully i'll be taking the 911 too.

I'm camping in a private campsite organised through a company here in the UK called Airtrack, it's in the same area as the public campsite but they have their own showers, toilets, bar ect.

It's well worth going if you have the chance, even if you only go once (this will be my second year). The atmosphere is nothing like attending a normal race meeting, and the drive to Le Mans and back is great fun too.

Regards,

Jon

Hi, I will probably, but won't be able to stay at Le Mans during more than one day.
However I'd like to meet any Rennlister there :)

Thanks Jon,

I take note of this. This year, I won't go to Le Mans. I decided to go to the Festival of Speed in Goodwood instead. Next year, I'll use all infos collected to prepare my stay to Le Mans.

Fellow European Rennlisters,

was planning to be there but now it looks like I will be working in Russia.
I will check whether there is any possibility to still be over in LeMans for the weekend. Will come back once I know more.

Does anybody know whether the TRG team will be racing again in 2005 - given they qualify?

Chris
