I guess not such a "good home" if the person instantly flips it for big profit. Nothing technically wrong with it of course, the world is just full of bottom feeders though looking to benefit from others misfortune.

I looked at an 04 Turbo Cab with 80k, clean title, hard top and 2nd set of winter tires and the guy wants 64G for it. Feels rich but that seems to be what everyone is asking right now.
