What seemed to be a confirmed allocation on my end seems more iffy now and looks like the car won't show up till March 2018 PTS or not.

Build has been submitted but no build or confirmation code.
Easter present for you. Winning!

We shall see. A lot of unknowns.

I'm tempted to forget the 991.2 GT3 and get a prime 997.2 RS.

Anyone worried about this:

I see a much higher mark up coming from the dealers that do....I do not have any information on CY 2019 production if any.
I'm apparently not worthy.

Nah just another run of GT cars that I wasn't allocated to get and DRIVE but the flippers will have plenty to flip.

I thought production of these was supposed to be "unlimited". If not, Porsche is leaving money on the table and just lining the pockets of the flippers again.

We were told from dealer there will be three rounds of allocations.
2 down, 1 to go.

Fewer GT cars available in North America can also an allocation issue w/China, which is now Porsche's biggest market. Porsche reported an 18% increase YOY for first six months this year in China. By comparison, the US market was up only 3% for the same period.

Note to Americans and Canadians: Buy more Porsche models!

With the rumored 3 of 3 allocations now complete in the US, has anyone heard about the final status of Canadian allocations? Do we have the last wave coming up? Or is it passed? Thanks.

I am certain allocations are coming out for us this week or within the next 7 -10 days. Last time I checked it was supposed to be Sept allocations for us. Just got back from vaca, but will try and speak with my dealer today to see if I can pry some more info out for us.

I'm guessing this is all due to the E6 emissions and why we have not received all of our allocations yet.

Do you think this will be the last of the allocations for the run? It seems dire on the us side.

ORTHOJOE posted in the GT3 section that the exact same situation occurred with the .1 and well we know what happened after, allocations all over the place. However things are different this time around with the extra models. Who knows.

This can't possibly be all the allocations. Isn't there going to be a 2019 model?? This isn't one and done, is it??

I hope you're right. If not the new m5 may compliment the gt4 nicely.
