News report indicates passenger sustained non-life threatening injuries.

Often the drivers causing these incidents walk away with little to no injuries.......

Let me see....23 year old male, with a friend, impaired, cold pavement, just took delivery of vehicle, 600 hp....what could go wrong?
Does insurance cover this if he is found guilty of impaired driving?

As far as I know ur SOL. Insurance will just cover liability to other property

Firstly, glad that no one was hurt. There are studies that show the human brain does not fully mature until about the age of 25-26. Guess what part of the brain that is? Yup, the part that processes rational thought...
