Just signed up with them. I'm having a steering wheel sent from the CA and it was going to cost an extra $80 US to get to my house rather than anywhere in the US. I'll pay their $5 happily and pickup in Mississauga.

Default crossborderpickups.ca review

Picked up 4 packages (all ordered from different US retailers) from them yesterday. Pick-up location close to 401/Dixie, in Mississauga. Pick-up was fast and easy, service functional while not very friendly. Was not offered any help to load items into my car. Total cost for handling all 4 was $35 + tax. In addition, duties were collected as expected, all based on the values I myself provided on their web site prior to pick-up. In total saved about $120 on shipping by taking advantage of free US shipping. Probably saved another $50 on brokerage fees. Note, one package was oversized so it cost about $20 in handling. There is a discount for picking up multiple packages, but I can't recall how its calculated.
Overall I am happy with the service and savings and would recommend them!
