Thanks guys,
Likely going with Koebel's Car Star. They can get it in soon, and their quote ($3200 after tax) lines up with 3 others. I've asked my wife to take her q7 there for a quote on fixing the rear bumper as well...
Mitek was $8000 after tax, on a 15 yr old car, I don't think it's justified...
I'm sure they can pull out or push out the damaged areas. I will ask about a new door handle for the driverside and possibly a new air vent thing-r-ma-jig.

Nah, currently driving 25,000km for work .
10L/100km premium vs 5.4L/100km diesel doesn't make sense ,
Plus in reality my jetta is way more comfortable for my 45 yr old butt.
I've lately found the bolsters in the seats to bother my back a bit.
