Well, actually Toyota lost it. Their car crapped out on the LAST LAP after dominating for the first 23h 58 minutes. Unreal. I'm listening to the broadcast, still haven't figured out exactly what happened. Bizarre. Nice win for Porsche!

Worst part was, not only did Toyota #5 cross the finish line second, they did not go to the podium because new rule requires that all cars complete a victory lap.

Don't sweat it. I am with you on this. Its not Facebook. That is correct. Its a Porsche site so entirely appropriate and expected in my book.

If I was pvr'ing the race and didn't want to know the outcome I certainly wouldn't come to a Porsche forum!

I don't think you should worry. The world can't stop because people didn't watch a race live. When I don't watch an F1 race live I make sure to be careful of where I go on the internet and also turn off the news whenever a sportscast is about to start.
