I use Jimmy at Pfaff, he's also very knowledgable. The real issue with exclusive is knowing the windows when certain parts are available, or doing things that are slightly different than the published options. From what i've seen, some people who have good connections with PCNA have been able to get things done that aren't even told to the dealers are possible.

I heard same as Ronan. Factory store for new vehicles only. This is in Pfaff's geographical territory so I believe they will have a service facility near the factory store to service and sell pre-owned vehicles.
Hard to believe the factory thinks they will have a better market penetration than the current dealers do. Even harder to think we as consumers would get better service from this enterprise? Only so many allocations of vehicles for Canada. Will this actually hurt the current dealers?
I will not be switching from Stuart at Pfaff to say I bought directly from Porsche.

+1 for Pfaff

I was really impressed with Pfaff's Classic Certified tech (Dave, if I am not mistaken), who went as far as replicating NLA parts by hand to ensure everything looked and worked as it should on the 912. My cabr preheat opens and closes as it should. I dont have air rushing in the front vent no matter what position the lever is in. Etc. Etc. Etc.
All this after Brent Hunter said the car is perfect and the problem is me (not in those exact words). It ran like ****. I had to track down the 356 guru Walt MacKay to the rescue, just to make it run smooth and strong. Brent, "THE GUY" for early cars my a$$. To be fair, everything else done by Matthew and Rick at Hunter Motorsports was excellent.
totally opposite experience
