Looks like Porsche auction prices are easing....

This is not the case. High prices have brought record numbers of most models onto the market over the past 2 years. For example, last time I looked there were around 40 993tt's listed on cars.com at absurd prices when there are usually half a dozen. A quick perusal of the January 2016 Mecum and Gooding auction results shows many cars selling at well below estimate or being withdrawn. The new Haggerty price site has not caught up yet but it will.

Well while everyone is wondering what their cars are NOW worth, I had the timeless enjoyment of taking little Bahama for a spin yesterday in the 12C temperatures. No, I wasn't thinking of what she is now worth on the Porsche market, but just admiring the unique purr of her motor, the way she still handles after almost 47 years, and admiring the iconic view from the driver's seat of those bubble fenders and sloping hood line.
69 911T = X
Leather gloves (because you want to drive with the windows rolled down to hear the motor) = Y
Smile on my face = PRICELESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!
