Default 1997 PORSCHE 911 TURBO S $800000!!!

I know prices for vintage Porsches have gone way up over the last few years but this is crazy. Money is cheap and the markets have under performed but is this the new investment? When and will this bubble burst?

Lol....unless you are an absolute nutcase for the 911 or must be looking to fill you must-have list, it absolutely makes no sense. But then again, this is a Porsche forum 😜👍🏻

Thats US also, add another 35% exchange and 6% to bring over the border and 13% tax and that car on the road in Canada is 1.2 + !!

You can list at any price, the question is will it sell?

These folk have gone overboard

It'd be a CGT for me if I had 800k to drop on a garage queen

Remember this is only asking. Actual sales have generally been more reasonable. Talk about crazy. How about this.....

The buyer probably bought it for the drug-induced memories he once had 😉....cuz 1.8mil is obviously drug induced bidding 😜

I would rather have a new 991.2 Carrera S to drive, track and enjoy. I appreciate old cars, just no interest as an investment.

Thanks for posting. I am actually thinking of selling my 964 for $395,000 US. The reason for the low price is that it's a non-Turbo narrow body.

PM me for details.

If you are paying 800k for a 993 it will have to be a GT2.

Sorry TTS, you are just not worth it.
800K is CGT territory.

Ya you'd be about a million short for a GT2...
