Go to Porsche of London's Facebook Page - registration is now open for their Friday August 19th Track Day at Grand Bend Raceway. Their Spring Track Day was Sold Out so I would recommend pre-registering for their Summer Event soon.

Grand Bend Raceway Car Lapping Thursday Evening June 30th. Pre-registered and ready for second time out with the RS. How many Porsche drivers will we see on the 30th?

I heard a Cayman R will be joining us on Thursday. We've seen a GT4 Club Sport but have yet to see a regular GT4 at the Bend.

Great turnout of Porsches at Grand Bend tonight. 99 GT Cup, 16 RS, Cayman and 5 more 911s. Also a great turnout of other cars. I'll post some pictures tomorrow. We had perfect weather as well.

On Ontario's West Coast

We ran the Mod Circuit last night.

I was at Toronto Motorsports Park today with the S2000 CR. When we were leaving a lot of Porsches were pulling in. I heard that about 30 Porsches were scheduled to be at TMP tonight.

Now back to Grand Bend Raceway this Thursday Evening for more Car Lapping with the RS.

Another great night with ideal weather at Grand Bend Raceway on the Technical Circuit. Good turnout of Porsches including a couple of Cayman Rs (still no GT4s), a great looking 70 911, a Boxster and about 4 more 911s.

I ran my best time on the Technical Circuit with my RS. I still have the stock settings as well as the Dunlop Tires that came on the car. The only change from stock is the addition of the GMG Roll Bar. Last year my best with my GT3 was 70.57 seconds on Pirelli Trofeo Rs. Last night I recorded a Best Lap of 69.55 Seconds on the Dunlops which do not feel close to the grip of the Pirellis. Lots more left in the car as the driver tries to keep up. Times were recorded on my Aim Solo. Next Thursday July 21st we return to Grand Bend Raceway for more Car Lapping from 5 to 9.

I dropped into Porsche of London today and talked to Diane. They have 3 spots left for the Porsche of London Track Day on August 19th, a Friday. I've talked to some people who have requested we run the Long Track like we did in the spring. I mentioned that to Diane who will pass it on to John. I recommend that you pre-register soon so you don't miss out.

This week we run on Thursday Evening July 21st.
