Correct Alex for the 2015 models (SCR using DEF) vs previous years EGR that do not use DEF thus the need for the defeat software.

Apparently VW now has a spot on their website where you plug in the VIN and you can check if your vehicle is destined to be part of the recall.

I thought the Chevy Cruiz diesels are sold but they are not selling well.because the price is only a couple hundred less than the already over priced VWs. Also as far as I know Chevy did't put any unique badging on the diesel Cruizes so they are hard to tell when you see them on the road.

^ they have a little green badge next to the Cruze logo on the rear that says 2.0 TD

It's a fairly vibrant green colour but not hard to miss

We should worry more about animal agriculture. The biggest scam of the century is the false claims that burning fossil fuels is causing global warming.

7 billion people eating meat causes 51% of the current green house gas emissions.

Everyone needs to watch this. Now where is my juicy hamburger. Ha Ha
