Amazing car.
Such an aggressive look compared to other modern Porsche's.

I am writing some stuff for a magazine so for now will not go into detail about my impressions, but suffice it to say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. In my personal view, a big leap forward. I do feel a bit sad that we are coming to the end of the naturally aspirated era. Sure, there will probably be a gen 2, but I would bet that after the 991, its over.
Of course, like air cooled to water, manual to PDK and so on, we will get used to it all. Never got the idea of living in the past, but my trusty 997 is not leaving me ever.

However, many European garages are not designed to cars the width of the RS. No problem on the roads at all,but the garage below turned right sharp after the gate, and the kerb had ben chipped down from wheels grinding on it. The front lift helps with angles and have only had two small scrapes on very seep ramps so far....

No chipped wheels so far...just minor lips scrapes which are inevitable.

Here is the new EVO video on the 991RS:

Fun Fact! Did you guys know that the roof of Ronan's car is made of Magnesium, and is 1mm thick. It is actually stamped in Canada, albeit being manufactured in Europe somewhere I forget first, then going to USA to be coated, then back to the fatherland for assembly!

Actually I did know that. Can't quite remember where I read about it. Maybe it's the glasses of wine. lol
