Ok, so there are several people that can't do it because of Thanksgiving. Would we rather go with the 18th as the main date and the 25th as the rain date? If enough people would prefer that, we can make the change.

yup make it happen dude .. the change is on !!! , we should really make the weekend after thanksgiving our go to date every year that people can circle in the calendar.

Ok, I've edited the initial post. If anyone needs to cancel, just say so, and please accept my apologies! And yes, I think from now on let's leave the date at the first Sunday after thanksgiving, with the raindate the following Sunday.

What DE? There's nothing on the UCR calendar for either of those days! That's why I picked them. There's Sept. 19 and 20, and there was a charity day booked for the 18th but it's cancelled.

It's October, sorry, that was a typo in my last post. Ok, I see what happened now. I was just looking at the dates along the left and didn't read the small print that says Oct. 17-18. I saw the event on the 18th and didn't think it was much of a conflict, but didn't at all notice the entry for the 17th was a 2-day entry. Sorry about that.
