Anyone order a Riviera Blue GT3?

The blue "wipers" (in addition to blue "pool noodle" and other foam, white paint wrap, seat covers, etc) are just for transport. They're all taken off during the PDI.
Anyone figure out where the Riv/Mex blue GT3 ended up going in NS?

Ever heard of "tongue in cheek" humour? You seriously thought everyone believed the blue wipers were standard issue........

With the amount dollars spent on a typical Porsche, the temporary wipers is the "least" they could do.
Come to think of it, Porsche doesn't even go to the lengths of Audi to "cocoon" the cars.....hmmmmmm
As a side note, Ferrari goes one step further.....cars are packed in wooden crates

There's a story here. A friend told me about Jamie's Rennlist post on Friday and how the buyer had cancelled .... So I called the Calgary dealer and minutes later bought it. And get this - I'm in Halifax, and of all places so was the car. Expecting to have it drop shipped in Halifax, I rushed to the Dartmouth Autoport around 1:30 but the car had just been loaded / shipped. I missed seeing / stopping it by about an hour .... !!! And this is after being stuck here for weeks due to snow.
Can't believe this picture was taken and posted here just before they moved the car !
So 3 weeks to Calgary a week at the dealership and now waiting to be shipped BACK to Halifax (here in 2 weeks if no delays) ... This GT3 will probably set a record for moving more miles than almost any other in the Country without ever being driven !!!
Attaching a more recent pic.
And here's Jamie140's original post on the car (thanks Jamie).

Moral of the story - this forum sells cars !
Cheers

Great story! And fabulous car!! I'm sure you'll be on the edge of your seat until then! Congratulations! (BTW, I studied in Halifax for a number of years, and have many great memories of the city and people! Wonderful place to live!)
