Yup it's only a shortblock. Also see 12 valves replaced and pretty much all the coolant hoses. This engine had an intermix issue and then some. I'm not sure I'm buying the 2 year Porsche warranty on a short block. Something goes wrong, how can you prove it wasn't the rest of the engine that caused it. Sound to me the owner got hosed with the car. Spent a boat load on it and just hopes to get some of the money back. I personally wouldn't have spent that much on a car that is worth less how than if it was sold as-is.
