il be bringing a crew of at least 4 cars... 3 air coold targas and a coupe ... if my rough calculations are correct we should be hitting over 60 cars hmm
Christien if you need a hand scouting locations or anything else get in touch with me. im busy next couple of weekends but after that im open and we can scout locations for pee breaks etc.

the starting point will hold that many cars, but i think we have done this so often we have lots of other things to consider that we have experience with

1 radios
2 pee breaks
3 after drive food when and where and how many
4. people getting lost
5 Schumaker types that make us all look bad ..

lets connect ..

I have this route in a Garmin (with a few minor mistakes, that can be corrected). There must be a way to share this file with anyone who has a Garmin. Any suggestions?

Just my two cents, but radios work way better than glimpse. Basically if you loose the guy behind you, call it out on the radio and cars don't get split up. Plus drivers can call out crap on the road, police, accidents or any other issues that arise.

If half the car owners have radios (pair) we should have enough for every car.

Any restaurant will be a gong show, (I'm a former owner). I would go with a food truck/s, there are many gourmet food trucks around now. Plus this can be done in a lot with our cars.

Some locations could be: Volvo Doctor (he has a big lot), Porsche Centre Oakville (they opened last year for us in the morning) etc.

I'm available to help if you guys need any assistance.

Any Mandarin could handle that sort of people, but still give them a heads up.

For that kind of money per person you could get Simply BBQ to cater it. They catered the food at Saturn's airport event last month and the food was excellent.
