Not a gangster, just a business man. Just like here. That car is parked in front of a restaurant named "Egoist". The owner is a complete idiot for taking that 991 out when its that dangerous outside. He should have known better.
The days when only mafia had money in Russia/Ukraine are over. Now its the government that is the new mafia. Private racketeering groups no longer exist. They have been replaced with "The Tax Inspection Office". They show up at your door and just tell you that you owe them that much in back taxes. No paperwork! The sum is usually what your whole business is worth or more. They give you an option: government now becomes your partner to "repay the tax debt". If you try to do something about it, they burn your business down. End of story. I will NEVER EVER go back there.

Wait, what?!
Porsche strongly considering making 991-Generation GT3 RS available with a stick
Auto Express also reports that the GT3 RS will be offered exclusively with Porsche’s PDK seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. We’ve been told, however, that the Stuttgart-based sports-car maker is strongly considering making a manual transmission available. As the GT3′s sole transmission choice is the PDK, we’re hoping our sources are right and the hairiest of 911s can be stick-shifted.
