Greg, i love the fire hose and the nearly invisible door openers. Doing it right, or not doing it at all! Cant wait to see it all finished.

Ronan, most houses in GTA are bigger than the ones Downtown. Isnt that the reason you compensate with "legroom"?

^The downtown house is also probably worth more as well.
While I step out into farm land and solitude. Not that I mind but that's the trade. Gona be awhile before it is completely finished, priorities.

Super! I don't get jealous of much in life, but I definitely have garage envy Greg, did you buy the lot and then build the house with your own contractor?

The contractor owned the lots, had to buy the lot and go through him.

Few pics I took, recently

Garage has access to main level, lower level (to storage and access to man cave and snooker table and fridge) and outside to the outdoor rotunda with an outdoor fireplace, bbq and hdtv in summer.

Was -10 C outside and + 13 inside (the garage is heated by radiant heating in the floors)

Warm enough and spaces are wide enough to pressure wash the cars. Though I think I need to run a dehumidifier in winter.

Man Cave

Still needs a lot. Garage lift, work bench, audio, maybe add in a hdtv and couch.

Nice warm winter day. Good day to wash the beast and run the cars.

All cleaned up

Floors dry up and I sweep up all the sand. Love it.

Warm enough today to relax and enjoy a fire.
