Default Dundas Valley Cruise this Saturday

A number of Toronto Rennlisters are getting together for a beautiful, summer morning cruise to Dundas Valley this Saturday, August 3rd. All Porsches are welcome! The route covers some very relaxed, scenic, windows-down driving from Burlington through the twisties into Dundas Valley.

SATURDAY AUGUST 3rd

The Details:

8:45AM - First meeting spot ~ Humber Lakeshore Campus (Lakeshore and Kipling) ~ http://goo.gl/maps/yajIX
9:15AM - Departing for second meet spot
9:30AM - Second meeting spot ~ Dorval/QEW Starbucks ~ http://goo.gl/maps/EVKNr
9:45AM - Departing for third meet spot
10:00AM - Third meeting spot ~ Brant/QEW (Marshals/SilverCity parking lot) ~ http://goo.gl/maps/tJi1x
10:15AM - Depart on cruise
11:30AM – Noon-ish - Finish back in Burlington

After the cruise, for those who are interested, we were thinking of catching a bite to eat around downtown Burlington! We haven't come to a decision yet on where to eat, so PLEASE chime in with suggestions with ample parking (and maybe a patio?)! Last year we went to Earl's at Mapleview Mall, but maybe we can check out a cool pub downtown Burlington instead: (Poacher? Dicken's? Paradiso? etc).

Note:

- PLEASE fuel up before the cruise. There will not be a gas stop.
- It's a good idea to bring a bottle of water with you!
- hardcopy maps will be handed out at the meeting spots

Patio by the water perhaps like Pepperwood Bistro perhaps.
It's right across the water and there's an Esso next door before heading home.

Sorry to hear that guys won't be at the Sat morn get together! Be Careful when driving in the Burlington /Milton area, Appleby Line /Walkers Line / Guelph Line / Cedar Springs , between 401 and Qew "Lots of Radar" and cyclists on the weekend . I have lived in the area for over 20 years! Good pub is Jakes Boat House, Walkers Line , 1st driveway S of Qew on W side . must be south bound to access. Normally good parking. Lots of gas stations in area.
Drive with Care.

THANKS for the heads up Terene!! You should join us for a relaxed Saturday drive! Stretch the Porsche's legs a little! The cruise will be over around noon, so maybe you can still catch up with some cars at Chapters if you boogie back!

I might be up for this. Is this cruise wife/gf/mistress friendly, or are you guys all flying solo?
