Default 1995 993 for sale

Sold

1995 Porsche 993

Price: $38500.00 Cdn

Polar silver/ black

6 speed

754XX miles, US car

This is a great DE weekend car, not a gutted track rat. Full interior with working AC and heat, nice stereo. No smoke on start up, does not burn oil.

If the car sits for a while, there will be a dime size drop of oil on the floor. I have had the car for almost 4 years and never had any problems with it, has been a real pleasure owning this car, but not using it much as I spend most of my time at my cottage with my family. I bought a wake board boat last fall that my family and I enjoy, so time for the 993 to move on to a new owner.

There are stone chips, as with most cars used in DE, a couple of small scratches, and a crease in front bumper. I have a used front bumper that will come with car, was going to do a front bumperette delete but never got around to it. The car is not a garage queen, but in my ownership it has always been loved with anything that needed to fixed, done. I have had all of the plastic panels off the underside of the car and have not found any evidence of a crash, clean car fax from the states. Car was never winter driven to my knowledge.

Car will come with all original parts, plus extra oil and oil filters, brake fluid etc. I have all my receipts, plus most recites from the previous owners. I don't believe in playing games when it comes to selling cars and have tried to be as upfront as possible. I have been in the Porsche club for 12 years, and in that time have had 3 P cars. I have instructed with PCA and at Calabogie Race track with Entrack. A local to me PPI is very welcome at your expense.

Car is located in Ottawa, Ontario

Below is list of mods to the car. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me GGW@ROGERS.COM

Thanks guys

Sorry, $38500.00 Cdn

boman993, If I ever part it out your first for the Das bar, but I'll be honest, could not imagine taking this car apart.

I had a question about the miles on the clutch, about 6000 miles, but when I had the transmission done I told the mechanic that if the clutch looks at all worn to replace it. He told me it looked new and would not make sense replacing it, that was 1000 miles ago.

In the spirit of full disclosure Geoff and I are friends - He's a great guy and this is a hell of a car! Awesome deal with all of the extras (I'd love to have that transmission and suspension and brakes). Buy this car with confidence.

Your wrong

I will decide what my car sells for.
Just an FYI for people reading this add
I have never met the "iceman" and he has never seen my car
Not sure why he would make a comment about my price
Guess its a free world
I would also like to thank the paying member of this site,
"Dwane" for his support
I'll add that it's not $40 K, it's $38.5, I'll even add a OBO to that

Iceman, nobody asked you to help sell the car, but what you wrote, could definitely hurt.
You could have kept your $0.02 on this one!

I sold my 110k mile(US imported) 964 with very ordinary(compared to OFD's car) mods for $28k last summer.
A 993 is easily 5-10k difference to a 964 in similar condition.
Add the moton$, copan$ gear box, etc.
OFD I wouldn't take less then $38.5 for what you got.

THIS!!! +993

It's a $40k car all day long. Check autotrader, there are 27 993s listed nation
wide and this one slots in nicely into that range.

I'm tempted to buy this car and I have a track focused one for sale! Its a lot of car and exceptionally cared for. I have someone seriously interested in my GT3 even though it's not for sale. I may have to consider letting the GT3 go so I can add this fine example of a 993 to my stable... GLWS
