Default Help ID a car

Twice now I spotted a strange looking car and couldn't see the name badge. First one was all black, it is a tall rounded four door looking a lot like a London cab, second one in a driveway in Oakville today, but snow on it hid the marque, a white one no less,. It just has me guessing because I've never seen anything quite like it.

Could it be a VPG MV 1?

I've seen a few of these cars randomly around Toronto.
