Need some help from the GTA rennlist folks please
Does anyone know a guy named Enzo, mid 30s, with a black 04 C4S? If so, please pm me. Important and urgent. Thanks.

Want a glimpse into the crappy side of my day job?
Enzo is a lessee, leased an 04 C4S through us. Somehow passed a bunch of BS credit stuff. Found out recently his down payment cheques all bounced. Couldn't afford the lease payments so took out a loan from a private individual for 15k, pledged the car as collateral (think about that for a second). Loan guy kept the car, finally is trying to sell it under the Repair and Storage Lien Act. Wants $12k for storage. We'll pay it then sue him for it. At this point I just want the car so we can sell it. At least I know it hasn't been driven since November. He hasn't got a leg to stand on, legally, but refuses to acknowledge that. Thank god he owns a house and a jewellery store, so he's sue-able.
It's **** like this that really shakes my faith in humanity. The lessee is a complete turd, hasn't got a pot to **** in, but has no moral problem with more or less stealing a car, and the guy that loaned him money wrote a bad note is now being an a$$hole about it because he doesn't want to accept the fact that he made a really, really stupid decision.
Time for some great music and wine.

No, a bit more subtle
We got the car on Thursday. It's at Manheim right now, waiting for the highline sale on June 27. I'll try to sell it retail before then. According to the bailiff who picked it up, it's in excellent condition, with just a few scratches on the front valence - typical parking scuffs. So that's a nice sign. Haven't seen pics yet.
I'm just super relieved the car's in my hands now. It's a huge stress off my shoulders.

good luck with the sale.
don't lose faith...there are good and bad people out there. too bad many of the bad ones screw it up for the rest of us.
I have found that in a more difficult economic times more bad people seem to emerge.
