I don't know about that. When I bought my SC it came with an MSD unit. When it crapped out Heimrath (who used to fix my car) put in a Perma-Tune with a built in coil. That thing lasted 2 years.
When I re-did the engine I re-installed an MSD unit. I've had zero issues since 2008. I track my car 5-6 times a year and I use it on the street.

Default Summer update...

So things have been great, super busy, but still amazing none-the-less...

Got married, went on honeymoon etc... Awesome summer!

Here are some pics of the car, it's been running strong all summer.







And then most recently we have made our newest addition to our P-Car family! A Pig! ('04 Cayenne S) For my happy wife

Jonathon, congrats on both the marriage and the second P-car! Glad to hear the SC is running well after all the hard work that has gone into it.

Hopefully next summer we can get out on some cruises.... and I may be calling on your expertise when it comes time to install SSI's/sport muffler on my car in the spring!

And funny enough beast is the name dubbed to that car... Yea man, that exhaust makes for some saweeeeet tunnel blasting!

Megaphones, wheels and tires are on my list for upcoming upgrades... hehehehe

Oh ya and brakes because I STILL haven't done them!!!
