Why is everyone selling their car?
A quick look through the thread titles here shows a lot of FS posts. What's going on? Is the economy that bad? Or are people actually getting sick of P-cars? Perish the thought!

Really? Values for SCs and 3.2s are at an all-time low. You can get into a very nice SC in the states for under $15k. I've seen some as low as 10. Even longhood values are down a bit. I don't really watch the 993 market, so maybe that's going in the opposite direction. But certainly for the older ones it's a buyer's market.

993 prices are up in the US, but they are definitely down on Canada...and very few buyers over $50K here.

i have my 993 cab for sale as i bought a 997 C4S that i can use all year round. Seems to be very few legit buyers at the moment (lots of scammers). If no ones is interested i will hold it till the spring

Who was it that mentioned that older Boxsters are kind of disposable because of the risk of IMS failure repairs vs the value of the car.
