Is anyone else suspicious of this ad? They are asking for an email that includes:
* a scan of the data side of your passport or some other identity card
* your eBay username
* a valid mail address
* a telephone number for questions
* your signature
before you can bid...

No serial number - no sale. Could have been the Friday spare that he had handling problems with. IF this is the real thing, why not sell it through one of the highly respected houses in NY or London? eBay?? Guess he doesn't wants to pay lower fees.
He's got quite a lot of spares including the oil warming equipment, lap top and cables but it strikes me as if this was the EXACT race day car it wouldn't be in this guys hands.
