Why would you want one? No power gain on your car from it. Only benefit is that it is reusable. If you put too much oil on it you kill your expensive MAF sensor. Are you sure you want to do it?

Gotta believe that Fiorano has them in TO, perhaps even the BMC which is superior I think. If not, RMR in Montreal 514 339-5722.

Scott ... measure the P-Car filter. Look it up in Canadian Tire parts K&N Catalogue for a filter with the same measurements.
