MPH speedo in Canada - any problems?
Hi,
The '77 911 that I've just bought from BC is originally a California car and still has it's MPH speedometer. Has anyone ever had a problem registering a car that doesn't have a KPH speedo? Seems to me that I've heard about it happening?

Not a problem....The car was registered in BC without a problem, can't see why it would be any different in Saskabush...
My buddy here in Calgary have a 82 SC with a MPH speedo and have no problems here...

Here in BC, "theoretically", the inspection process is supposed to include attaching the km/hr stickers to the speedo if it doesn't have km/hr markings, but when I imported mine from San Diego, it passed and they didn't put any of the stickers on it.

Thanks for the info, guys.
About having a P-car in Saskatchewwan, that's not an "evolution" -- it's revolution!
Umm, so when does summer start? ;-)
Cheers,

I imported my 98 C2S last September from the US. The speedo is in MPH.
No problems. When I called RIV they talked about some sticker but Canadian Tire (who does the inspections) didn't say anything.
