You need a professional appraiser who knows older cars. I used Bruce Farrow 905-391-6917 who is the PCA-UCR appraisal chair. $195 But he is Toronto based. Check with the Rennsport Rennsport Contacts for guys in the Ottawa region who might be able to point you to someone local.
