Fall Drive ?
Hi everyone,
Just wanted to see if there still a fall drive that I use to hear about a few years ago on this forum? If so, does anyone have any details on the date/event ?
Thanks

The Rennlist fall cruise kinda fizzled out a few years ago. I personally have no plans to try again (a friend and I organized the last one that was a couple years ago). But happy to share the old route if anyone wants to organize something.

The alternative option is to try the PCA UCR organized drives offered by the local dealerships.

Yeah that last year i helped run it we had close to 60 cars. It was just too much .. we had 3 groups of 20 cars we raised a ton of food donations for the food bank as everyone brought a bag and we loaded them up right after thanksgiving so were able to restock their shelves. Thanks Ronan for the gray Poupon ( Kidding ) he was great as always.
We then ended at Tuckers marketplace Burlington for Lunch as it is the only place that can really accommodate that type of gathering.
This was all "Jim V8" invention and he deserves all the credit for starting it. ( Back in the day he was shoehorning a V8 into a 944 but not sure what happened to that project ) .
Last Run Adam put on I had electrical issues and had to bail early as my wipers would not turn off and i didnt want to hold back the crew so i pulled out and napped under a tree.. That was the last one i ever went on .
It is a great route for those who want to pick up the mantle including the locks, the Tunnel, NOTL main drag and Brock Monument and Ridge Road . I am weary of it now , especially when traffic bogs down going through some of the smaller towns. But I always enjoy pics..
2009 Event.

Those were the good old days. This was the yearly cruise that got me into P-cars after my first attendance in 2010. Then the dealer marketing machine took over. I liked this event because it was more of a family and not so commercial and new car-focused.

Could you please share the old route? Looking for some ideas for a fall drive.

Basically head over to the tunnel via Niagara On The Lake, Canal Rd, Thorhold Tunnel, up through Font hill, over towards Smithville then down to Ridge road and across the escarpment.
