I have heard a rumor that there is a lapping day planned at Shannonville (full track) for July 01 through Image Motorsports (I haveno idea who they are). Does anyone have any info and/or contact names/numbers?

I don't know but there is lapping at Mosport.

"Lapping Day Mosport July 1

This is on the "big track" between 9am to 5pm, there will be 2 run groups used, hot and mild. Sessions will be 30 minutes long with a one hour break for lunch. Cost is $300.00 in advance, $350 at the gate. For registration and information on this day call (416) 752-2066"

Who is running the Mosport day? I had heard that it was Kennedy Hi-Fi and if that is the case, I'm not sure that it would interest me. I have no intention of stepping foot on a track with guys who bring their Hondas in trailors and use stop watches to time themselves while "racing" with their buddies. I have seen many of those types of days go badly, especially since many of them are run with no corner marshals.
