Pretty easy to do this yourself. Take each rear wheel off and remove the inner wheel liner (a few screws). Then you will see the drain exit in the wheel well covered by a circular piece of rubber. Remove the rubber and pull out any crap. This is where it clogs

I went through this when i discovered that my rear carpet was soaked after they got plugged
