Anyone know this car? Thoughts on pricing?

72k for an 07, is that a joke? 20-30k over market.

It's been listed for a long time, I think a year. Nice car, but the price is why it hasn't moved ...

I seen this car online about 4 months ago when i was looking. They haven't really adjusted the price at all..

The asking price is about $10k over, but I don’t doubt that it could fetch close to 60. I paid $73k for a 4 yr old ‘09 CPO C4S. The asking price of that car is roughly 75-76 today. A clean, low km 997 doesn’t seem to depreciate.

disagree. you cannot compare a 997.1 with a .2. It still has the m97 motor. They are 45-55k cars at best.
All 997.2/987.2 cars are holding value well, both because of lower production numbers are far superior motors.

The car is over priced. Mileage is nice and low however.

I would look for 2009+ Carreras for the DFI motor if you can.

that being said, i wouldnt say no to a clean 05-08 Carrera, but it would have to be priced very right.

Definitely agree its overpriced...he said it's sold last week but it's still listed??

I contacted the Seller the other day via Autotrader. I asked if they were flexible on price because I felt it was priced high but I haven't heard back...
