Default C4S at Horseshoe

While my car hibernates, I found it’s sister at Horseshoe - being used as intended!

Anyone on here?

This car was parked on Mt. Pleasant near my place yesterday! I walked by thinking, "So that's what my car would look like with a roof rack..."

Except the C4S "Ubique" has the rear wiper.

While I like the rear wiper, I can't actually imagine it having much actual use. My rear window never seems to be covered. Then again, I am not driving in the winter.

Never liked the added bulk of the rear wiper.
Always miss it, when I don't have one.
As a all season driver, stuck in traffic, in a snow storm, I can SEE the value in one.

I don't know what's it like to have a rear wiper on the 996, but I can say that even in the worst of storms, the snow just seems to slide off and the defroster does a fantastic job. As for aesthetics, I prefer not having a wiper.

I have never used the rear wiper on my 911s. I prefer the clean look and defrost works great.
My guess is Mingler's car is from the US as I believe they all have rear wipers when made for Canada

My C4S is a Canadian car...and it doesn't have the wiper.

Oh. I think all CDN 944s had the rear wiper, for US it was an option. I guess I thought it carried over to 911s.
