Fliping only makes sense at the dealers where the tax becomes negligible. Once supply exceeds demand then the losses on depreciation will occur. Porsche has done a great job in controlling output and keeping price and resale values in this particular market. One may even think that there is collusion among the dealers and the manufacturer in establishing these nubers and optimal price points. Its all a numbers game and they have years of statistics to perfect it. They have managed to keep it iconic, yet in the grasp of someone who wants one really bad. Right now we are in an age of wealthy boomers with excess cash , up and comers who want the pcar symbolism , and collectors. A cornucopia of buyers for p cars that still exceeds the supply if they keep production right. Everyone wants to ride in a p car. Take someone for a ride and if they are a car person they get why we love these cars.
To answer the OP ......GT3RS all the way. Why would you get just a GT3 when you could have an RS. Its like , nice cayman, but its not a 911........ nice GT3 , but its not an RS
