2016 GT4's @ MSRP in Canada
#16
Never say never as I do know someone that got it under msrp and no I will not say from where. And I'm not talking about something silly like 2% off.
Comes down to who you know when it comes to luxury goods.

I have been looking for a GT4 since they came out between $110,000 and $120,000 with Sport Chrono and 18 way seats. Still haven't found one yet. I think I will have to break down and spend an extra $10,000 by the looks of it. Most seem to be priced 8 to 10% above MSRP. One dealer told me if I can find one between 5% and retail, buy it. He said by May/June most GT4 listed will be sold. Dealers are ready to hold price until the spring when they will get their price.

Hey Chris. Np . I meant to offer them whatever . The point was asking 129 dosent mean thats exactly what will buy it. Ya was good chatting at mosport. Was going too sell. Having 2 911s wasent working for me. Decided to keep gt3. Checks to many boxes for me. Sold my air cooled instead, hadent started it since june. So figured id keep what i was using/liked most.

I bought one of the white bucket cars in Vancouver a few weeks ago. The market looks to be 15-20% above list here which was also surprising to me given that it’s list +/- in the US. But even with the different prices relative to list, I couldn’t import one for cheaper than buying local thru a dealer.
I was helped by having a private buyer for my car that was willing to put it through as a trade on my purchase, which helped a lot and made it more like a $120k car instead of a $130k car.
great car and I considered others instead. Even at a premium to list, I couldn’t find a better car to buy, including value.
I think that the market should stay stay strong but who knows. I know that Vancouver Porsche was reeming buyers of new gt3s on their GT4 trades (under $100k). The dealers will extract what they can everywhere they can.
my build was $111k. White, pdls in black, buckets, red deviated with belts, full leather, carbon - a nice build. No PCM or Sport chroni. 2000km.
