Warm place to park the car
It's said if you have an itch then scratch it, so I did. It's an 06 Boxster, white on tan and mint, conditional on PPI to be done early next week. So i'm looking for a warm place to park it for the next couple of months preferably Woodbridge or nearby and I thought if any group of people knew such a place it would be here.

Not Woodbridge but Elite Car Storage in Oakville. Haven't needed to use yet.

Excellent. I just called them and they'll transport the car to their heated storage as well. Thanks.

no prob.
I hope to be inspired by your itch scratching in a few months. Will need storage services as well. If you go ahead please report back on your experience.

How much per month?

When I need an extra warm parking space, I'll just rent a parking stall in my father-in-law's condo underground heat garage.

Most apartment buildings, particularly near the subway or GO, have lots of space for around $100/month. Millennials can't afford cars. There at a dozen parked with my Z 4eg. - F 355, Rolls, Gtiffen, Vette, 964, Boxster, etc.

The car is enroute to EliteCustomStorage for storage until the end of April and for now Elite have shown themselves well organized, communicative, and punctual. Courtney at EU did the PPI and the car cleared and a few small items were noted. One was an inner tie rod that had play and was replaced by the seller and an alignment done. Now winter go away so i can drive all the new roads i've been discovering in Muskoka and the Haliburton Highlands.

I found a rental property with 3 apartments and a 2 car garage off a lane. I’m cashflowing positive with 100% borrowed money and get a double garage for my cars!
Next plan is to redo the garage with radiant floor heating, a bathroom, ceilings tall enough for a lift and a laneway house above the garage so that the rent covers the cost of financing the rebuild plus turns a monthly profit.
Something to consider if you have access to downpayment funds and have considered an income property in the past.
