Hi,

If your shipment is an international shipment then you would need to fill out the commercial documents on our website. We provide you with a commercial invoice to include with your shipment that is required for customs purposes.

The shipment itself is cleared through which ever carrier you end up getting (ie UPS or FEDEX). If you have a specific shipment in mind, please feel free to PM me the details and I can help you out.

@SToronto - It was really nice speaking with you. We are working on integrating admin/user permission functionality into the site -- It's been requested by a few of our corporate clients.

Thanks for the call. We've shipped a few items with you thus far, the remainder were cheaper with our FedEx Ground rates.

got my koni shocks from crossborder shippers which was delivered to them by ship nerd. Very convenient and good savings. With crossborder, I did not realize that if you ship something heavy they will ding you for weight, so it cost me about $25 more than I expected but still worth it.

yes but it is clear on their terms so I should have known about it. again no biggie. Got my stuff safe at home

I just completed a shipment of a cat-back exhaust from Toronto to California and major savings vs retail rate! Package delivered by UPS already. ShipNerd is the best!

Just an FYI (as we've had a couple of members email us and ask)...

Can I Void / Cancel a shipping label?

YES - If a deal went through, or you decide you no longer need the shipping label you can easily void your shipping label on ShipNerd -- with no penalties. Only pay for what you ship.
