Fun in the sun @ Mosport today
....didn't quite start out that way but the early-morning torrential rains stopped and left a damp track that was dry by mid-morning. Then, SUN! 
More than the "usual" number of incidents interrupted the EA proceedings today, with one unfortunately resulting in some bent sheet metal and guard rail damage that took a while to fix, but there was still plenty of quality driving time to be had. Interesting mix of fast cars being driven very fast, fast cars being driven not quite so fast, and the goofball in the Mini
somewhere in the mix.
Great to see many familiar faces; hadn't seen Howard Dexter in a long time but he was back after a long hiatus, driving like he never left, and still being a complete wisea$$
.....also good to chat with Matt D (aka jdisfefa) among many others with lotsa laffs! Kudos to the EA gang (and Maureen's cookies), Bill at pit out, and all the others marshals and track personnel who really earned their keep today
