991.1 GT3 Market!!
I've been monitoring the 991 GT3 market closely. PFAFF's been slashing price on this one for months & still not moving. I think they started close to $180k and now down to $159k.
With 991.2 GT3 deliveries starting soon, do you guy's think prices will get much lower on .1's than this?

Yes, the prices will mirror what's happening in Europe. Canuck dealers were trying to play the west coast (or US ) ADM game.. This doesn't work well here..
I would wait until some .2 GT3's start hitting the streets in Nov.. Prices on both .1 GT3 & 3RS will start to normalize.
-Some of those same RS's were listed at $100k more just 8 months ago!
Be patient and you will score! GL!

Great that's what I wanted to hear...
Another beautiful example. Has been for sale since August 2016. Almost a year now...just doesn't make sense!!

The second hand GT market in Canada has been priced to the US market with the sellers arguing they could sell the cars down south at that price. Not as easily said as done but whatever. The US GT market is trending down and the CAD is moving up so we are finally starting to see lower prices here.
Don't forget though that the 2014 or 2015 GT3 that cost $148k new is now going to be $163k. And I don't see new GT3 owners selling their car for MSRP in the next year or so. I'm not sure I see lightly used GT3's going for less than MSRP in the short to medium term.
I think that agate GT3 seller may be on the forum.

Also, as long as the new GT3 doesn't hit the street en masse, which it looks like it will not, there's not going to be a ton of .1s for sale.
People are speculating that .1 prices will get crushed. I'd pick one up if that's the case but I doubt it.
Im a buyer at $115k!

I would have a hard time buying used for this type of car, track rat, driven in winter and driven hard and put away wet by a crowd with a ton of disposable income that are moving on to the next improved model so they can do it all over again with warranty.

agreed. a 3 year old 911 that has the same body as a base Carerra and a price over MSRP. Pfaff can control the market and list them all at $185K. Have fun with that. I don't mind the "automatic" though

Just like everything of value it has its price point, and obviously its not there
And I can see it drop further as Winter arrives

i was actually looking at buying the white one when it was listed for 168,995. The sales guy i dealt with there was not very pleasant to deal with and the other thing is that the car is very base and limited options.
