991.1 GT3 Market!!

The car was $154605 on the build sheet with a January 2014 production, July 2014 in service and warranty until July 2019. So 2 more years.
I couldn't get over the porpoise'ing front end on the 997's. I kept my Cayman and would have got another if they didn't fix it with the 991 GT3. But that's my opinion and I'm not a hero that has to have a manual. The s-pdk is not the same as a manual in my opinion. It doesn't pull forward when stopped (you can sit with your foot off the brake and not drive forward) and it will move back if you are on a slope after a couple seconds.

They're coming down. Nicest examples still getting decent money but run of the mill ones with wrong options are $270K or under. I'd consider at MSRP. Give it time. Also, as dollar strengthens prices come down more.

The agate grey car for sale has the cf buckets and is actually priced at MSRP based on build sheet picture. I believe the buckets are worth 5k-10k alone if you wanted to put them in and almost none of the 991 GT3s for sale have them. Of course the market will speak to future prices. I agree with prior poster that US$ is likely biggest reason for Canadian prices being higher.

Actually, the 991.1 GT3 were model years 2014-2016 in Canada. And just some key points about this new development about Porsche "stepping up" to address the "Concerned Owners Group" of 991.1 GT3 owners.
As some of you may know, there were some well documented instances of 991.1 GT3 drivers experiencing a CEL problem due to premature finger follower wear. This lead to speculation that perhaps ALL 991.1 GT3's were at risk of this happening eventually. Porsche has looked into this extensively, and this is their position:
1) They have identified the cause of the premature finger follower wear as a metallurgy defect (inclusions) close to the surface of the finger follower. The vast majority of finger followers do NOT have this defect, which explains why most owners have not and will not ever experience this issue.
2) If a 991.1 GT3 develops such premature finger follower wear, Porsche will REPLACE the engine with a new engine with revised parts. Engine warranty will be extended to 10 years/120,000 miles with respect to failures related to this specific issue (from in-service date). Includes all markets (this is global, not just for US owners).

This is indeed great news. From my point of view, the fact that Porsche is offering such a warranty reinforces the fact that this truly is a low probability event. And if you're unlucky enough to have the issue, you get a new engine!!

I'm starting to look around for 911's and I wanted to know, is Pfaff, Oakville or any other Porsche dealer okay with getting a inspection elsewhere?

The GT3 .1 market will crash within a year or less. Dealers are just holding up market online. There are so many GT3 and GT4s physically sitting at Porsche dealers. They are just hiding them from the public and not putting them online. They only put the ones they want to get rid of the most. The bright color cars, higher km, low options etc.
I know the wholesale prices will be around $120k cad or less by next fall when a lot of the .2 owners have already taken delivery of their cars. I see ppl taking delivery of their .2s already.
I’m a buyer at $110k for a 2015 .1

Another indication are the Private one's for sale. They have been for sale as long as a year and not moving.
There's a red one in Quebec at $165k with NO options. I offered $145k CASH since its a base car and it seems I insulted the seller, I was shut down hard! lol oh well....
