Anyone have experience with HKPD regarding mods?

I'm still trying to decipher the rules. Got stopped in a roadblock a few weeks ago and they were looking for exhaust and suspension mods. Mate's bone stock 964 got hauled in for impound inspection cuz the officer said "it sounds loud".
Found the regs but it looks like you can't do much.

Technically under the law you can't do much of anything so best if any mods are subtle with regards to color, logos, etc. This is also an issue that comes up during annual inspections for registration renewal. One good thing about having an aircooled P-car is that most test centers and police are unfamiliar with these cars (vs say a Japanese car) easier to convince that the noise and mods are "standard".

I spoke to them some time ago and visited and overall their quality and price was reasonable. Didn't transact though as they really don't have anything for my car
